Returns & Exchanges

1. Customers must

Us prior to any returns or exchanges.
2. Customers are responsible
for shipping charges on returns or exchanges unless authorized
by a Customer Service Associate.
3. Items returned or
exchanged must be unworn, unused and in resellable conditions and
must not be
received if damaged, stained, or contains any bodily odor or cigarette
odor.
If received with any of the prior, a 50% restocking fee will be charged for returns. If
exchanging,
the 50% restocking fee and new shipping charges will be
charged if received with any of the prior.
If returned in the same condition as delivered, a $5.00
processing fee will be charged.
Customers can exchange for another item of equal or greater
value, no processing fees will apply,
and new shipping fees will be charged.
4. If you ordered an
incorrect size, email us and let us know before returning it.
We will not charge any

5. All returns and exchanges
must have original tags.
6. Items can be returned
within 30 days of receipt of your order.
7. A Return Authorization
will be emailed to you to include in your return package.
8. If you have received an
incorrect item in your shipment, we ask that you send it back to
us
as soon as possible and we will send the correct item and
reimburse your return shipping
charges (up to $4.95) back to your PayPal account. |
